Scheduling & Practice FAQ

Last updated January 26, 2023

ALL SESSIONS ARE CONDUCTED VIA TELEHEALTH AT THIS TIME.

CONTACT: I’m often in session during working hours, so please review the information below, and then reach out via the secure contact form or request an initial consultation, both options available via the buttons below. Existing clients can access appointments and forms via the client portal.

AVAILABILITY: My schedule is currently FULL. I do have a wait list if you would like to reach out via the contact form at the bottom of this page. I am in the office Monday through Thursday (varied morning time to 6 pm). I have helped several clients successfully negotiate weekly therapy appointments while working a difficult schedule if this is a potential barrier. It can be managed!

FEES/INSURANCE: My full fee is $130 per individual session, and I accept SummaCare and Med Mutual insurance. I can provide a superbill for out-of-network reimbursement if you have those benefits with your insurance company, and I recommend that you make a call to clarify this before starting treatment if you’ll want to use this option. FSA/HSA cards are accepted. I also offer sliding scale and a limited number of further reduced fee psychotherapy slots through Open Path Collective (click to see if I’m currently accepting new reduced fee clients at this time).

HOW I WORK: I see clients weekly, including groups. The first few sessions are typically a process of getting to know one another and ensuring that we’re a good fit. I worked collaboratively, so I am open to altering approach and treatment goals based on an ongoing relationship with each client.

NEXT STEPS: If all of the above is agreeable, go ahead and use the links below to schedule a consultation call and access my intake forms, which are required prior to scheduling our first therapy session.

QUESTIONS? Reach out via the contact form below, and I’ll answer what I can.

If you’ve reviewed all of the above, you can reach out via the contact form with any questions, or you can actually click the button to schedule your first appointment. I look forward to speaking with you!
